Mindful Meditation?  What does it means?  It is all about being connected with your inner-self consciously. When you know clearly what you want, you are supposed to be more focused and this would keep you away from distraction.  With less distraction you could relish more awareness consciously.

WHAT IS MINDFUL MEDITATION

Mindful Meditation is being aware of what is happening inside and outside of ourselves, on every moment.  This  includes thoughts and emotions on the mental body and the sensation we are feeling on the physical body through our sensory points i.e., eyes – sight, ears – sound, nose – smell, tongue – taste, body – heat and cold.

BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS

Mindful Meditation helps us to stay aligned with the Universal forces.  We become more conscious thru Mindfulness enabling us to experience and enjoy the things.  Another major benefit of mindfulness is that we react less in unpleasant situation as we are constantly aware of our thought pattern and feelings.  If we train ourselves to notice the chain of thoughts erupting within and feelings attached to it, we will be able to develop intuition and eventually control ourselves to a greater extend.

HOW TO DEVELOP MINDFULNESS

We need to consciously remind ourselves repeatedly to stay mindful.  We need to constantly notice our thoughts, feelings and external stimuli.   Practice of Yoga and Mindful Meditation will also help us to increase mindfulness.

Try to enjoy every moment of your life.  For instance eat your food enjoying the taste, adore the fragrance, feel the breeze touching your body.  You may also practice that if you feel itching or irritation in your body don’t react and touch that part to calm down that sensation but be mindful to see that the sensation fades away in a moment or two.  Sense the friction of inflow and outflow of your breath in your nostril and also notice the difference in temperature of inflow and outflow air.
