Yes, it is possible to Train yourself to stay positive and happy. All that you want to do is to consciously look into your inner-self to see what makes you to feel happy. Try to give shape to your passion and you will find where to start. We are programmed to clench negativity rather than positivity. From our childhood we generate a perception within us about what is right and wrong and this illusion gets so strong over a time and when we realize something is wrong in our perception our distinguishing system never allow us to accept.
HOW TO CORRECT PERCEPTION
You naturally possess all the skill to construct as well as to destruct. Again you need to be conscious to re-write the whole system. The first few steps may be tough to handle but once you strive hard willfully change yourself, you will definitely achieve it. Your willingness and consistency are the main force and as far as it will remain strong you will be able to correct your perception.

Work on your passion to give shape this will give your confidence and as you progress positivity will follow it. Appreciate yourself every now and then even for a small achievement, remind yourself frequently that you want to be positive and happy. Reading positive affirmations five time a day consciously mingled with emotion and belief will yield best results. Use more and more positive words in your conversation like success, enthusiasm, happy, joy etc. etc. frequently. Listening subliminal and hypnosis sessions will be very fruitful. Besides, engage yourself in a hobby, moderate physical exercise, visit new places and most importantly handle unfamiliar challenging situations.
MAKE A GOAL AND WRITE YOUR PROGRESS REPORT
Make short term goals and write matrix. Write your progress every day and just before you sleep plan your next day – just think about possible obstacles you may face and also think about how to handle it. This way you will master yourself to face any problem.
